Proud to have submitted our first proposal of the new year

Aries Consult is proud to announce that it has submitted its first proposal of the year to the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in the Central African Republic. The proposal is for a final evaluation of the KOICA-funded project: “Improving the Resilience of Marginalized Communities in Ouham Pende Region, Central African Republic”.

This project aims, since December 2019, to improve the resilience of marginalized communities in the Ouham Pende Region through a range of interventions. These interventions are designed to help these communities better withstand the impacts of shocks and stresses, such as natural disasters, economic downturns, and conflict.

The final evaluation of the project will be a comprehensive review of its progress and impact. It will consider the period from 24 December 2019 to 31 December 2022. The evaluation will be both qualitative and quantitative, and will consider a range of factors, including the achievement of project results, lessons learned, and good practices that can be applied in future projects.

In addition to these core themes, the evaluation will also consider cross-cutting issues such as gender equality, accountability to affected populations, rights-based approaches, and the inclusion of persons with disabilities. These themes are all important for ensuring that the project is as effective and inclusive as possible, and that it promotes sustainable development in the region.

Overall, Aries Consult is confident that the submitted proposal for this final evaluation will provide valuable insights into the successes and challenges of the KOICA-funded project, and that it will help to inform future development efforts in the Central African Republic.
