Mahamadou TRAORÉ is our field coordinator in Mali and he is responsible for the training and support of the field teams during the various data collections and he is involved in liaison with the authorities before each visit to the field. Mahamadou also takes care of the administrative aspects of the data collection and is responsible for field reporting and compiling mission reports.
But the main task we entrust Mahamadou with is coordinating the day-to day work of our enumerators; this includes recruiting, training, and supervising enumerators and ensuring that field operations are conducted smoothly and efficiently. The role requires strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities - qualities Mahamadou has!
But he also has a strong understanding of survey methodology, data collection techniques, and data management. This is essential for ensuring that data is collected accurately and in compliance with project guidelines and standards.
